What we do
The Easy Guitar Club provides absolutely beginners guitar lessons for ages 10 and up. Working with the Boys and Girls Club of Pembroke, we are offering Pembroke’s youngest talents an opportunity reach their full potential.
How it all works
Individual Attention
We limit our number of students to 10 children at a time. If you need a guitar, our friends at the Boys and Girls Club have plenty you can use for the lessons.
Catered Lesson Plans
Our lessons plans are kept simple and focus on develop the fine motor skills needed to play a chord, a note, and songs. Every student learns differently, and at different speeds, so we meet the student at where they are at and cater the learning experience to meet their learning needs.
Team Work
Our students learn together, helping each other to achieve their goals. Together we celebrate each step of the learning journey.

Our Success
Students have learned the “C”, “F”, “G”, “G7”, “Am” and, started to learn basic music theory.
We ended the Christmas holidays with several Christmas songs.
In 2020 we will continue to learn our chords, and begin to look more closely at reading music
What to expect for 2020?
We plan to introduce even more chords and will continue to learn how to read music.
